At snapshot each spin is a new spin and the outcome is never determined by prior spins. Therefore, a probability advantage cannot be generated.
If you think you can gain an advantage at snapshot by way of probability, try this two-way test with the 'even' chances, as follows:
First, bet on the outcome (defying probability), that is, if Black comes bet Black. Keep betting Black until Red comes then bet Red until Black comes and so with. Bet every snapshot spin. Do the same on ODD/EVEN and HIGH/LOW, simultaneously.
You don't need to risk money. Write a list of outcomes of say 50 or 100 spins of actual experience at a snapshot table and try it out at home.
Then, using the same list, do the exact opposite. Bet against the outcome (supporting probability), that is, if Black comes bet Red, if Red comes bet Black. Bet every snapshot spin. Do the same on ODD/EVEN and HIGH/LOW, simultaneously.
Compare the two results.
